In the Third Sector Platform in Extremadura and the Ibero-American Research and Support for Intellectual Disability Institute we are well aware of the importance and the absolute need to guarantee the citizens\u2019 social, cultural and economic rights; especially those of people and vulnerable groups at risk of social exclusion.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the need for a constitutional reform has been present for some time in the Spanish political sphere, as well as in the area of organised civil society and in Organisations of the Third Sector that work for those who find themselves in a worse, vulnerable situation or those in risk of social exclusion, marginalization or poverty due to different reasons. This explains the convenience and need to deal with \u2013uniting synergies from all the Sectors of Spanish society- the future social reform of our Carta Magna in order to finally raise, while reforming the Constitution, Social Rights to the category of Fundamental Rights.<\/p>\n
