In 2018 we commemorate the 5th<\/sup> centenary since the birth of the illustrious Extremaduran Pedro Cieza de Le\u00f3n, Prince of the chroniclers of the Indies. His work was prolific in expeditions, foundations, governmental mandates and other activities.
