The Seminar\u00b4s aim is to reflect and try to draw up a double assessment: the first, thirty years after the fall of the Berlin Wall as a political symbol of the end of the long parenthesis that had artificially divided Europe in two since the Second World War; the second, fifteen years after the great enlargement of the EU, institutional sig of this reunification.<\/p>\n

Has this resulted in the structure of common European citizenship? What and how many differences still separate the so-called \u201cold\u201d Europe from the so-called \u201cnew\u201d Europe? Can cultural heritage be a vehicle for building such citizenship? Is the widespread feeling of Euroscepticism so closely linked to what factors? Political? Economical? Ethical? These are some of the questions that will be addressed by the interventions during the Seminar, which will have as its main objective to stimulate debate and actively involve all its participants.<\/p>\n

This seminar is organised in collaboration with Fondazionee Flaminia (Ravenna) and the University of Bologna\u2019s Ravenna Campus in the framework of a European project co-financed by the Erasmus Plus Programme in order to develop a European interdisciplinary curriculum that will launch a Master of Business Administration (MBA) on Culture, Heritage & Citizenship -MBA CHC- in English) co-financed by the Erasmus Plus Programme. The project is led by the Netherlands Business Academy, based in Breda. The partners of the project are: the Netherlands Business Academy (the Netherlands, Holland), which is the leading organisation of the project; the Amsterdam Summer University Foundation (the Netherlands); Alma Mater Studiorium from the University of Bologna (Italy); the Fondazione Flaminia (Italy); the Institute for Social and European Studies (Hungary); the Pakhuis de Zwijger Foundation (the Netherlands); the Stiftung Zukunft Berlin (Germany) and the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation (Spain).<\/p>\n
