The Cooperation Network of European Routes of Emperor Charles V\u2019s General Assembly, held in Finsterwalde (Germany) on 2 and 3 December, unanimously approved the Network\u2019s new Board of Directors, which is presided by the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation.<\/p>\n

It has, moreover, two vice-presidencies held by Rosa Nocoletta Tomasone, from the L\u2019Einaudi Cultural Centre and Fr\u00e9derique Honor\u00e9, director of Coudenberg Palace in Brussels. Ferm\u00edn Encabo, mayor of Jarandilla de la Vera (C\u00e1ceres), is in charge of the Secretariat and Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez, mayor of Cuacos de Yuste (C\u00e1ceres), participates as treasurer.<\/p>\n

The 2020 calendar of activities was approved in the meeting as well as other initiatives that aim to increase the weight of the network as far as cultural, economic and social dynamisation is concerned in the territories it operates.<\/p>\n

Among the proposed activities, the celebration of the 5th<\/sup> anniversary since the coronation of the emperor in Aachen (Germany) or the homogenization of the signposting of the routes that make up the network, stand out; these\u00a0 initiatives are already underway in Spain as well as in Italy.<\/p>\n

NETWORK OF THE ROUTES OF EMPEROR CHARLES V<\/strong><\/p>\n

Created in 2007 in order to defend and promote touristic, cultural-historic and economical resources of the routes of Charles V, the Cooperation Network of European Routes of Emperor Charles V carries out extensive work in the production of a cultural and touristic programme regarding Charles V.<\/p>\n

At present the network brings together 80 cities and historical places from more than a dozen countries though the routes traversed by Charles of Habsburg from 1517 to 1557.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

La Asamblea General de la Red de Rutas del Emperador Carlos V, celebrada los d\u00edas 2 y 3 de diciembre en Finsterwalde (Alemania), ha aprobado por unanimidad la nueva Junta Directiva de la Red, que est\u00e1 presidida por la Fundaci\u00f3n Academia Europea e Iberoamericana de Yuste.<\/strong><\/p>

De este modo, la nueva Junta Directiva queda compuesta por 16 miembros, correspondiendo su presidencia a la Fundaci\u00f3n Yuste, en la persona de Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00edn Ramos, delegado de Asuntos Europeos de la Fundaci\u00f3n en Bruselas.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con dos vicepresidencias, que corresponden a Rosa Nicoletta Tomasone, del Centro Cultural L\u2019Einaudi, y Fr\u00e9derique Honor\u00e9, directora del Palacio Coudenberg de Bruselas. La secretar\u00eda es para Ferm\u00edn Encabo, alcalde de Jarandilla de la Vera (C\u00e1ceres), complet\u00e1ndose con la participaci\u00f3n de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez, alcalde de Cuacos de Yuste (C\u00e1ceres), como tesorero.<\/p>

En la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se ha aprobado el calendario de actividades para el a\u00f1o 2020, as\u00ed como otras iniciativas que tienen como objetivo incrementar el peso de la red en la dinamizaci\u00f3n cultural, econ\u00f3mica y social en los territorios donde est\u00e1 implantada.<\/p>

Entre las actividades propuestas destaca la celebraci\u00f3n del quinto centenario de la coronaci\u00f3n del emperador en Aquisgr\u00e1n (Alemania) o la homogeneizaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de las rutas que conforman la red, iniciativas que ya est\u00e1n en marcha tanto en Espa\u00f1a como en Italia.<\/p>

RED DE RUTAS DEL EMPERADOR CARLOS V<\/strong><\/p>

Creada en 2007 con el objetivo de defender y promover recursos tur\u00edsticos, hist\u00f3ricos-culturales y econ\u00f3micos de las Rutas de Carlos V, la Red de Cooperaci\u00f3n de las Rutas del Emperador Carlos V (RCCV) desarrolla una amplia labor de construcci\u00f3n de programa cultural y tur\u00edstico en torno a Carlos V.<\/p>

Hoy aglutina a m\u00e1s de 80 ciudades y sitios hist\u00f3ricos de m\u00e1s de una decena de pa\u00edses, a trav\u00e9s de los itinerarios recorridos por Carlos de Habsburgo entre 1517 y 1557.<\/p><\/div>
