<\/a><\/p>\nThe European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation is organising the webinar \u201cSustainable and Social Tourism for Rural Development: Natural and Cultural Spaces\u201d in collaboration with the City Council of Guadalupe. It will be held on 25 February from 17:30 to 19:00 pm. This activity is part of the Cycle of Meetings \u201cGuadalupe as a Destiny\u201d, which commemorates the Holy Year of Guadalupe, an event declared of exceptional public interest in January this year <\/strong>(17\/02\/2021)<\/p>\n During the webinar, the speakers will analyse the trends and keys of sustainable tourism in rural areas; how tourism contributes to the fight against depopulation and they will offer different keys for economic, environmental and social factors to integrate in a sustainable manner. In addition, they will provide tools that result in the professionalisation and qualification of the sector to achieve greater business success and, finally, will present experiences and cases of good practice carried out in other areas of Spain.<\/p>\n The virtual meeting will be inaugurated by the Mayor of Guadalupe, Felipe S\u00e1nchez Barba. Juan Antonio de Juan Alonso, managing partner of KOAN Consulting \u2015a consultancy firm on sustainable tourism working on the three pillars of sustainability: economic, social and environmental\u2015 will proceed. The webinar will be closed by the gastrobotany expert \u00c1ngela Aguilar Parra, founding partner of the company Alianza Mindful Travel Destinations and the \u201cRed de emprendedoras en mivimiento\u201d (Network of Women Entrepreneurs in Motion), who will offer her view on the importance of creativity and sustainability as a fundamental binomial for the elaboration of balanced menus that put in value the resources of the territory.
