General objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To promote the presentation and debate of the cultural dimension in the bi-regional space between Latin America and the Caribbean and the European Union, for the dissemination and awareness of culture with the aim of creating a Euro-Latin American cultural space.<\/p>\n

The following specific objectives are also pursued:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– To defend and propose formulae given the challenges in the field of creative industries and copyright at regional and international level, with special emphasis on the subjects addressed by the Bi-regional Summits.<\/p>\n

– To delve into the relevant aspects and elements of the Ibero-American Cultural Charter that may serve as a basis for the creation of a Euro-Latin American cultural space.<\/p>\n

– To promote and give visibility to studies on culture within the framework of the Euro-Latin American space.<\/p>\n
