The European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation and the Ministry of Defence have signed an agreement aimed at constructing the framework of collaboration between the two institutions in order to carry out research, cooperation and activities of any other area of mutual interest through the conclusion of subsequent specific agreements. <\/strong>(12\/11\/2021)<\/p>\n

The agreement, which has a duration of four years extendable for a period of up to four additional years, was signed this morning by the Director of the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation, Juan Carlos Moreno, and the Secretary General of Defence Policy of the Ministry of Defense, Admiral Juan Francisco Mart\u00ednez N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n

This agreement seeks to channel this cooperation and provide it with an appropriate legal framework for the joint development of activities related to security and defence policy, including the new threats and challenges of the international strategic scenario, with special attention to Europe and Ibero-America, as well as the adaptation and response of the Armed Forces to new challenges.<\/p>\n
