The director of the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation, Fernando Pizarro, has sent a letter to the ambassador of Colombia to Spain, Eduardo \u00c1vila Navarrete, expressing the Foundation\u2019s solidarity and support for the Colombian people following the devastating earthquake that has affected several regions of the country. <\/strong>(14\/08\/2026)<\/p>\n

In his message, he also extends the Foundation\u2019s \u201cheartfelt sympathy and condolences to those who have lost a loved one, as well as our support and encouragement to those searching for missing persons and to those who have lost their homes and belongings\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the letter, Pizarro states that \u201cthe strength and resilience of the Colombian people will provide the means to overcome this tragedy\u201d and assures the ambassador that the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation will stand alongside \u201cthe beloved Colombian people, with whom we share a bond of brotherhood\u201d.<\/p>\n
