The director of the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation, Fernando Pizarro, has held a number of meetings with local actors in the Campo Ara\u00f1uelo region with the aim of laying the groundwork for future joint initiatives to promote projects that bring together the Foundation\u2019s objectives and activities with those of the surrounding area. <\/strong>(11\/09\/2026)<\/p>\n

During the summer, Pizarro met with the president of the Asociaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo del Campo Ara\u00f1uelo y el norte de los Ibores (Association for the development of Campo Ara\u00f1uelo and the northern part of the Ibores) and mayor of Bohonal de Ibor, Carlos Utrilla; the mayor of Belv\u00eds de Monroy and president of the \u201cS\u00ed a Almaraz, s\u00ed al futuro\u201d (Yes to Almaraz, yes to the future) platform, Fernando S\u00e1nchez Castilla; and the president of the Moralo Business Circle, Ram\u00f3n Barbado.<\/p>\n

During these meetings, the director of Yuste Foundation expressed his intention to work together on the development of joint programmes to support the development and promotion of the area, as well as to draw up a cultural and educational plan that would help highlight and strengthen the assets of the northern part of the province of C\u00e1ceres. \u201cYuste Foundation is at the service of everyone in Extremadura, and especially of all those institutions, local actors, organisations and associations in the area that see us as an opportunity to promote regional development, strengthen European identity and transform our surroundings through culture and education\u201d.<\/p>\n

In addition, the director of Yuste Foundation will hold further meetings with actors in the area to gain first-hand knowledge of their activities and devise joint programmes that can contribute to building a more prosperous and united Extremadura, fully integrated within the European and Ibero-American framework.<\/p>\n
