and Esther Guti\u00e9rrez, Education and Employment Minister.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Carlos Moreno Pi\u00f1ero is a Doctor of Law at the University of Extremadura, a graduate of Law specialising in Private Law from the University of Seville, and holds a Diploma from the Seville School of Forensics Practice.<\/p>\n<p>After three years as a judge, he has dedicated himself to legal practice, having been an external legal counsel for over ten years in different public bodies.<br \/>\nHe is a university professor and has had a wide range of experience in the field of foundations, in terms of both research and management roles.<\/p>\n<p>According to Article 14.2 of the Foundation\u2019s regulations, the Managing Director will be responsible for overall management, for the purposes of Law 1\/2014 of the 18th February;
