\u00a0Sill\u00f3n Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart <\/strong><\/p>

Te\u00f3logo cat\u00f3lico, catedr\u00e1tico en Teolog\u00eda Ecum\u00e9nica y director del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Ecum\u00e9nica de Tubinga, obtuvo su licenciatura en la Universidad Gregoriana de Roma en 1953.<\/p>

Inteligente, h\u00e1bil y aperturista, en 1967 escribi\u00f3 La Iglesia, donde K\u00fcng ped\u00eda la abolici\u00f3n del celibato y el derecho a la conciencia como directriz en la cuesti\u00f3n de la regulaci\u00f3n de la natalidad. Asimismo, el te\u00f3logo se manifest\u00f3 contra la infalibilidad pontificia, e insiti\u00f3 en la posibilidad de que el Concilio Vaticano hubiera ca\u00eddo en determinados errores hist\u00f3ricos. A ra\u00edz de estas dos tesis, la Congregaci\u00f3n Romana para la Doctrina de la Fe, ex Santo Oficio, abri\u00f3 un sumario en 1967 y otro en 1971, pidiendo a Hans K\u00fcng que fuera a Roma a justificar sus tesis. El te\u00f3logo se neg\u00f3 a someterse a lo que \u00e9l consideraba un proceso inquisitorial.<\/p>

En 1979, Juan pablo II, por primera vez desde su pontificado, conden\u00f3 a Hans K\u00fcng retir\u00e1ndole la autorizaci\u00f3n eclesi\u00e1stica para ejercer la ense\u00f1anza teol\u00f3gica en Tubinga y se precis\u00f3 que \"ya no pod\u00eda ser considerado como un te\u00f3logo cat\u00f3lico\".<\/p>

En 1983, K\u00fcng rompi\u00f3 su silencio con un art\u00edculo en el que critic\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n del celibato para los sacerdotes cat\u00f3licos, y en 1985 realiz\u00f3 mediante otro art\u00edculo una dura cr\u00edtica al pontificado de Juan Pablo II y a las \"pr\u00e1cticas inquisitoriales\" de la Congregaci\u00f3n para la Doctrina de la Fe.<\/p>

El prestigioso te\u00f3logo ha analizado la evoluci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de los concilios, obispos y cardenales, el entusiasmo misionero de la Iglesia, los or\u00edgenes del culto mariano, y las convulsiones de la Reforma y la Contrarreforma.<\/p>
