Europe and Ibero-America are not merely two physical spaces traversed by numerous borders, but above all a reality shaped by centuries of political, economic, intellectual, and spiritual exchange. This volume brings together a series of reflections that examine, from various perspectives, the historical, cultural, and political ties connecting both sides of the Atlantic. Its aim is to foster a plural academic debate that sheds light on contemporary challenges in an ever-changing world. Achieving a strategic alliance, one that is strong and stable, between Europe and Ibero-America , is a goal that is longed for by many, one that is also necessary, which we are heading towards with shorter steps than desirable. This annual includes the steps taken by the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation during 2023, writings in that travelogue, namely the Newsletter of the Academy of Yuste, with the purpose of shortening the distance that leads us to the goal and easing the journey.
