A month after the European Parliament elections, the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation has organised the course “Reinventing Europe in the Face of Current and Future Challenges”, which will be held from 17 to 19 July at the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste. This course aims to analyse the major current and future European and global challenges that the new European government will face, as well as the strategies and priorities that will shape the new political cycle. The course is part of the Campus Yuste training programme organised by Yuste Foundation within the 25th edition of the International Summer/Autumn Courses of the University of Extremadura.

Juan Carlos Moreno Piñero, director of the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation, stated that it is essential to continue studying emperor Charles V at the inauguration of the course “Conflicts in the Worlds of Charles V: The Enemies of the Empire”. His style of governance and the conflicts of his era have significantly shaped the course of current history. He, therefore, affirmed that “in today’s world, it is more necessary than ever to maintain humanistic studies of history”.

The European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation has organised the course “Conflicts in the Worlds of Charles V: The Enemies of the Empire”, which will be held from July 9 to 11 at the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste, the Foundation’s headquarters, as part of the Campus Yuste training programme and within the 25th edition of the University of Extremadura’s International Summer/Autumn Courses.

Journalists, writers, historians, photographers, literary critics, and academics make up the panel of speakers for the course “Portugal, 1974: Society, Culture, and Literature in the Carnation Revolution”, which was inaugurated today at the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste. The course is organised by the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation in collaboration with the University of Évora. This course is part of the training offered by Campus Yuste, which is integrated in the 25th edition of the University of Extremadura’s Summer/Autumn International Courses.

In order to mark the fiftieth anniversary of the Carnation Revolution in Portugal, the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation organised the course “Portugal, 1974: Society, Culture, and Literature in the Carnation Revolution”, along with the University of Évora. The course will be held from the 2nd to the 4th of July at the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste. It is part of the Campus Yuste training programme, which is framed within the 25th International Summer/Autumn Courses of the University of Extremadura.
