This publication brings together the main contributions made during the Campus Yuste International Summer Course, “The Protection of the European Union’s Common Values”, held at the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste from 11 to 13 July 2023. The course was organised by the Jean Monnet Module EUCOMMIT and the European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation (FAEIY), under the academic direction of Dr. Marcos Criado de Diego and Dr. Lorena Chano Regaña, professors in the Constitutional Law Department at the University of Extremadura (UEx).
