The European Academy of Yuste Foundation offers 120 grants for courses integrated in its Campus Yuste training programme
The European Academy of Yuste Foundation offers a programme of 120 grants to cover enrolment fees, accommodation and living expenses for the international courses in the Campus Yuste 2016 programme. The grants are aimed at students who are conducting university studies in official degrees during the year 2015-2016 in any of the countries of the European Union.
The European Academy of Yuste Foundation offers 35 grants for the 7th Yuste Encounters on the Spanish Transition to Democracy
The European Academy of Yuste Foundation is offering a program of 35 grants to cover board and lodging expenses for the “7th Encounters on the Spanish Transition to Democracy” which, on this occasion, will focus on “Culture and the media in democratic Spain and their projection towards Europe” and open the Campus Yuste 2016 schedule.

The European Academy of Yuste Foundation is once again participating in the Conference on Legal Translation for International Organisations, organised by the University of Salamanca (USAL). The conference is into its seventh year this year, and will take place from 20-24 March at USAL’s Translation and Interpreting Department.

The European Academy of Yuste Foundation is opening its programme of educational activities with the 8th edition of the “Transition Encounters” with the title “The lengthy process of European integration (1982-1996). The annual conference held at Yuste aims to take stock of how perceptions of the transition have changed over time to the present day in Spain, Europe, and the world.
Tzvetan Todorov, member of the European Academy of Yuste, has died
Tzvetan Todorov, philosopher, historian, sociologist, and philologist, and member of the European Academy of Yuste, died in Paris aged 77. Todorov was a member of the European Academy of Yuste from 2008, when he took the Rousseau Chair during a Carlos V European Award ceremony for the French politician Simone Veil, the European Parliament’s first female president.
