Yuste dialogues: debating religion, secular society and violence
Salamanca Pontifical University (UPSA) Faculties of Theology, Canon Law and Philosophy have opened the ‘III Yuste dialogues’ in collaboration with European Academy of Yuste Foundation, entitled ‘Religion, secular society and violence’. The university’s Dean, Mirian de las Mercedes Cortés Diéguez; María José Muriel Santurino, the Foundation’s Coordinator; and P. Pablo Stepkowski, Prior of the Royal Monastery of Yuste all took part in the debate.
Close to 500 undergraduates apply for grants for courses at Campus Yuste
Young people from a number of Spanish, British, and Venezuelan universities have applied for international summer course grants as part of the Campus Yuste grant programme organised by the European Academy of Yuste Foundation together with the University of Extremadura.

The European Academy of Yuste Foundation in collaboration with National Heritage have organised the Music for Charles V and his children concert on Saturday, 18 June at 13.00 hours at the Royal Monastery of Yuste. The hearing, which is part of the cycle ‘The Emperor’s Concerts’ will be performed by the choir Zenobia Scholars and directed by the English master Rupert Darmerell.
