The present course seeks to analyzecurrent trends in European innovation strategies in digital health, e-health and education in the context of e-care; reflect on the role of the health professional in the digital model, on medical e-care and on training needs; learn about innovation and e-health projects, virtual platforms, and technological and educational resources for citizen empowerment in health-related issues; promote positive attitudes towards the use of ICTs in patient education and health literacy programs; test work approaches in multidisciplinary and multisectoral teams, and advocate strategies for promoting the sustainability of educational and socio-sanitary interventions.
