YUSTE FOUNDATION ORGANISES A CONFERENCE ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RENEWABLE ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL GROWTH IN EXTREMADURA

Yuste Foundation has organised the seminar “Next Generation, Renewable Energies and Industrial Development in Extremadura” along with the University of Alcalá, to be held next Friday morning, on 17 February, in Guadalupe (Cáceres). (14/02/2023)

Several experts will present real cases of Extremaduran companies that have improved their competitiveness and employment thanks to renewables and discuss how to finance business growth, a determining factor in increasing employment, productivity and wages.

Among the speakers is the director general of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Regional Government of Extremadura, Samuel Ruiz; the director of the Chair on Renewable Energies (LyVe) of the University of Alcalá, Antonio García Tabuenca; the director of Climate Change and Alliances of Iberdrola, Gonzalo Sáenz de Miera; the director of renewable projects of INENOSTRUM, Belén López Flores; the general director of Extremadura Avante, Miguel Bernal Carrión.

In addition, there will be a round table with representatives of the Official Credit Institute (ICO) and LUA Financial Services, among other institutions.

Admission is free until full capacity.

The conference counts with the collaboration of the city council of Guadalupe and the Franciscan community of the Royal Monastery of Santa Maria de Guadalupe.
