The second Dialogues of Yuste conference begins with an analysis of Christianity’s contribution to European integration
The European Academy of Yuste Foundation and the Faculties of Theology, Canon Law and Philosophy of the Pontifical University of Salamanca (UPSA) are holding the second Dialogues of Yuste conference, titled Christianity and Europe, as part of the Campus Yuste 2015 program.
Campus Yuste take off with 300 enrolled students and 100 speakers
The first course, “From Yuste, bound for Europe”, addresses employment shuttles as an instrument to facilitate the employability of young people.
More than 250 European students apply for grants for the Campus Yuste courses
Young people from different universities throughout Spain and five other European countries have taken part in the call for grants for the international summer courses organized by the European Academy of Yuste Foundation and the University of Extremadura, within the framework of the Campus Yuste program.
The European Academy of Yuste Foundation offers 120 grants for the courses comprising the 2015 Campus Yuste program
The European Academy of Yuste Foundation offers a total of 120 grants to cover registration, accommodation and upkeep costs at the international summer school of the 2015 Campus Yuste program. The grants are designed for students who are studying for official university qualifications during the 2014-2015 academic year in any of the countries of the European Union.
In his statement, Barrasa says that “ideas, determination and leadership are the key elements in the path towards a Europe based on cohesion and solidarity”
The Director-General for External Action and Director of the European Academy of Yuste Foundation, Enrique Barrasa Sánchez, closed the “Charles V European Award-José Manuel Durão Barroso” doctoral seminar entitled “History, memory and European integration from the perspective of the European Union´s (EU) transatlantic relations” and held at the Royal Monastery of Yuste, alongside the Director of the seminar, Enrique Moradiellos.
