YUSTE FOUNDATION OPENS THE CALL TO APPLY FOR 120 GRANTS OF THE CAMPUS YUSTE TRAINING PROGRAMME

The European and Ibero-American Academy of Yuste Foundation opened the call to apply for 120 grants of the Campus Yuste training programme. These are meant to cover the registration fee, accommodation expenses, and maintenance in the 25th edition of the University of Extremadura’s international summer-autumn courses. (23/04/2024)

The courses, which will take place at the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste in July, are “Portugal, 1974: Society, Culture, and Literature in the Carnation Revolution”; “Conflicts in the Worlds of Charles V: The Enemies of the Empire”; “Reinventing Europe in the Face of Current and Future Challenges”; and “European Union – Latin America and the Caribbean Relations: New Times and Renewed Commitments”.

The procedure for granting the scholarships is through competitive application. For the evaluation of grant applications and their granting, the highest score in the average grade of the bachelor’s, diploma, or degree will be taken into account. In addition, master’s or doctoral degrees that are accredited will also be considered.

Those interested can submit the documentation until May 20 via the following link: https://www.fundacionyuste.org/becas/, although it is also possible to submit the application physically in Yuste Foundation’s headquarters, located in the Monastery of San Jerónimo de Yuste, or in post offices.

Applicants can send their queries or obtain further information at campusyuste@fundacionyuste.org

The maximum deadline for resolving and notifying the resolution of the procedure will be three months from the day following the end of the deadline to submit applications. The resolution of the procedure will be notified individually to each applicant.
